FAQ

1. Are your bike lights waterproof?
Yes. Most of our bike lights are IPX4–IPX6 waterproof rated, meaning they can handle rain and splashes with ease. However, we recommend avoiding full submersion in water.

2. How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model and brightness setting. On average, our rechargeable lights last between 3 to 10 hours on a single charge. Please check each product page for detailed specifications.

3. How do I charge my bike light?
All our rechargeable models use a USB or Type-C cable (included in the box). Simply connect it to any USB power source such as a computer, power bank, or wall adapter.

4. Do the lights fit all types of bikes?
Yes. Our lights come with adjustable silicone straps or quick-release mounts that fit most handlebars and seat posts — whether for road, mountain, or commuter bikes.

5. Can I use the front and rear lights together?
Absolutely. We recommend using both for maximum visibility — a white front light to illuminate your path, and a red rear light to alert drivers behind you.

6. What if my light doesn’t turn on?
Try charging it fully and press the power button for a few seconds (some models require a long press to activate). If the issue persists, contact our support team — we’ll replace or troubleshoot it for you.
